TradingView Brokers in Canada

Five brands on our Canadian list, offered through five CIRO dealer members, connect a Canadian account to TradingView, per the dealers' Canadian TradingView pages we read on October 29, 2026. OANDA ranks first at 88.3 out of 100, and your account would be opened with OANDA (Canada) Corporation ULC. Its Canadian page tells you to create a live or demo account, then authorize access from TradingView's trading panel. That is where I would start.

Some of the abbreviations on this page are expanded to the regulator's full name: a broker regulated by CIRO is regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.

Questrade’s Canadian pages describe a TradingView connection for stocks and ETFs only, and say nothing of its forex and CFD accounts. The Canadian pages we read on October 29, 2026 for AvaTrade, Plus500, and Fortrade name no TradingView.

TradingView at the 5 brokers, side by side

This table sets out how each of the five firms names TradingView, each firm’s advertised EUR/USD figure, and the CIRO dealer member behind each brand. Every spread is the firm’s own advertised figure, not one we measured, so I would read each as the firm’s own claim about its pricing. The connection scope matters too: CMC Markets limits TradingView to its CMC platform accounts, and its MetaTrader accounts are marked “Not compatible with TradingView.” Which CMC Markets account you hold therefore decides whether TradingView is open to you at all, and I would settle that before comparing its advertised spread against the other four.

Four of the five brands here, OANDA, FXCM, FOREX.com, and CMC Markets, name both TradingView and MetaTrader 4, and you can compare them on our page of MetaTrader 4 brokers in Canada.

FOREX.com and CMC Markets also appear on our page for MetaTrader 5 brokers in Canada, so you can compare their MT5 terms against the TradingView connection described here.

Away from the desktop, all five brands here are also on our roundup of forex trading apps in Canada, which covers all nine brands on our Canadian list.

What TradingView costs

Trading through a connected broker is included on every plan, including Basic at C$0 forever. The paid plans run from C$23.95 to C$335.92 per month billed monthly, or C$19.95 to C$279.92 per month billed annually, per TradingView’s pricing page as shown to a Canadian visitor on October 29, 2026. The page labels every paid figure a “Special price” with no stated time limit, and it says a sales tax could be added to your final bill depending on your location, so I would leave slack for it.

OANDA offers “a three month subscription to an Essential, Plus or Pro TradingView plan” to new clients opening an account after January 1, 2026, with a minimum deposit and conditions to be met, limited to one per household, ending December 31, 2026. FOREX.com says that if you hold an Essential, Plus, or Premium plan, “we’ll cover the cost,” for VIP eligible clients only, with no end date stated. I would choose the dealer first and let a plan offer tip the balance only if that dealer already suits you.

FAQs

Can you use TradingView in Canada?
Yes. Five brands on our Canadian list, each offered through a CIRO dealer member, state on their Canadian pages that their accounts connect to TradingView, and we read those pages on October 29, 2026. TradingView's pricing page, shown to a Canadian visitor on that date, lists its plans in C$. I take that pricing record together with the dealers' own pages as the evidence, and I would not go further than it goes: TradingView itself publishes no statement we read that says it is or is not available in Canada.
Which Canadian broker is best for TradingView?
OANDA is first on this page by our global score, 88.3 out of 100, with FXCM second at 68.6 out of 100. That order comes from our global broker rating, not from anything about the TradingView connections themselves. My pick is OANDA: its Canadian page says the integration is free for OANDA clients, with only standard fees and commission applying, so you are not charged separately for trading from the charts.
Is TradingView free to use?
Yes. The Basic plan is C$0 forever, with no credit card needed, and it includes trading through a connected broker, so charting and placing trades from TradingView costs nothing on the platform side. Your dealer's own fees and commissions apply on every trade, and those are worth pricing before choosing a broker.
How much is TradingView in Canada?
TradingView prices in Canadian dollars. Basic is C$0, and the paid plans cost C$23.95 to C$335.92 per month billed monthly, or C$19.95 to C$279.92 per month when billed annually. Each paid figure carries a "Special price" label, and nothing on the page says how long that price holds. TradingView also notes that, depending on your location, sales tax could appear on the final bill.
Can you connect Questrade to TradingView?
Yes, for stocks and ETFs. Questrade's own FAQ says that with a Questrade account linked, a client can trade stocks and ETFs directly on the TradingView platform, and that connecting is completely free to all Questrade customers. Its pages say nothing about Questrade's forex and CFD accounts on TradingView, so I would confirm the scope with Questrade before you count on the connection for those instruments.
