The table below lines up all twelve on four points: how each site names MetaTrader 4, the published average EUR/USD raw spread, the minimum deposit as stated, and the company that takes Malaysian residents. In my view, the spread column is where to start, because the two kinds of figure differ: IC Markets publishes an average of 0.1 pips on its Raw Spread account, while Pepperstone states a minimum of 0.0 pips on the Razor account. A “from” figure is a floor. Six brokers state no minimum deposit on their entry account. MultiBank Group states $10,000 on its ECN account, the highest stated figure on any account, in unnamed dollars.

Pepperstone offers MT4 on its Standard and Razor accounts, with a stated EUR/USD minimum of 0.0 pips on the Razor account and a $0 minimum deposit on Standard and Razor accounts. If you would rather compare averages, IC Markets publishes an average of 0.1 pips on its Raw Spread account.
How is the list of MT4 brokers ordered?
We order the twelve brokers by our published global score, highest first, so Pepperstone (93.5) leads the page and Global Prime (50.9) sits last. The score is a global figure, and the same order drives the side-by-side table. If your priority is the entry cost rather than the score, I would read the minimum deposit column as well before you settle on one.
Can I use MT4 in a web browser?
Yes, three brokers on this page state a browser version. MultiBank Group lists Web Trader MT4 among its platforms. Fintrix Markets says its eligible account types can trade "across desktop, web and mobile devices". Global Prime offers WebTrader for MetaTrader 4 and 5, which its site says "allows trading directly from your browser on any device", and it lists MT4 as "Available on Windows, Mac, Web, iOS, Android".
Which brokers on this page state no minimum deposit?
Six of the twelve state no minimum on their entry account. Pepperstone prints $0 on its Standard and Razor accounts, and IC Markets prints $0 on Raw Spread (MetaTrader). Fintrix Markets states US$0 on its Standard account. IG Group requires no minimum balance for a CFD trading account, though card funding carries a US$50 minimum. CMC Markets requires none to open a live account, and Global Prime states "zero minimum deposit requirements". No page we read from Malaysia states a Trade Nation minimum deposit.
