All I would like to say is that I recently joined Dukascopy and I am happy with their spreads, the feed of the jForex platform is outstanding, and support as well!

The registration takes a little while though, so perhaps sending the documents per express would help such as fedex and dhl.

Im also receiving back some of the commission through swissrebates.com which claims to have the highest rebate percentages available.

Dukas #1, no other brokers for me anymore :D

I decided not to open an account with them.

I found the true and fair and able to let me make money as this is not where they earn their money. Spreads are tighter than anyone else and platform (un like) the other person below!! Is more suited for professional traders and HF...

I found Dukas quite closed and secretive, no chat available on the website unless you have downloaded the demo first, no currencies advertised and therefore no spreads neither, all things you would want to know before considering a broker, also there is no way to fund via credit card. I went with their main Swiss rivals who are known around the world so I won't name them, this broker gave me what I was looking for, great service and support.

yes 1 week is because of Swiss regulations, not the broker so don't blame Dukascopy! On the other hand you can blame them for their 2 bit platform, try market news trades and see how often you get rejected, use their slippage settings and see how often the price does not fall in the range. For all your efforts you could have chosen better Swiss brokers...shame, but never too late.

Good experience with them. Compliance very streng, but very good platform and execution. (trades of 2mio-10mio tested, great. I did not test with bigger order). It is a pitty that it took me 1 week to open the account. US companies are less strict.

I left HotspotFX for Dukascopy. Excellent spreads, fast execution, outstanding customer support.

News system is Perfect.

I warmly recommend it.

You won't find any better FX company than Dukascopy. Check their quoting, check their spreads, just amazing to me after being in Forex for over 30 Years.
Their split feed of Bid and Ask is just astonishing and the precision of executions is just unmatched

I tried one Broker and in an unknown way I lost big money and when I asked them they could not answer me in a logic way " I will not expose their name unless I am sure hopefully soon"
so I started my research for a company that I will put a big money with, I came to Dukascopy name as the most clean company i had as a result, I tried thier platform and it is very advanced in terms on charts and history of charts, I have no alternative but to accept to put big money with them because putting big money in good hands is better trying to put small amount of money in bad people hands, so i chosed them

I have an account with them, but main thing is that according their daily reports my trading profit is much better. Of cause always need your strategy, but overview helps a lot. But if I need to post something about broker I do not have anything against them

I had an account with them for a short time. They are good. sometimes it's hard with the english. That is my only complaint with the service. I had a bad experience with a trader who uses them but that was him. He blamed Dukascopy for their settings so I don't know what the truth is. Truth will be found out soon.

Good quality. Protect yourself in using limit orders/slippage control and all will be great. Only 6 month trading with, but can be recommended as one of the best ECN.

I am enormously pleased with Dukascopy. Everything is first rate and once you get in the queue the service is as good as it gets. Spreads vary a bit more than I thought but can be amazingly tight. Their account opening process is time-consuming but I have been told they are in the process of streamlining it - within the constraints of their charter and Swiss regulations. The jFOREX package for programmers is also excellent.

Great that now they allow minimum trade size from 100 K ,Now for my strategy minimum deposit 50 000 is enough. Now I will be able to start trading via one of the best platforms

These are the best bid/ask spreads that I can find.They seem to have the deepest liquidity as well. I have traded stocks,options,futures for 20 years and I am relatively new to trading Forex. These guys seem to be the best out there for tight spreads, excellent execution,a better than average platform and they make it easier than most brokers to trade with a segregated account through a (Swiss) Bank letter of credit.This protects me from another "LIT" style broker bankruptcy.On the minor complaints, their Charting Indicators are "basic" and they don't offer Forex Options.(yet??) Can any Forex addicts out there let me know if there are tighter ("non-fixed")spreads out there?? with tight forex options as well?? There's usually always something better out there.But, so far, dukascopy is the best I can find.
